The peels from 3 lemons
1.5 cups of distilled white vinegar
Chop peels into small pieces and add to one ice cube tray.
Pour vinegar evenly into the ice cube tray.
Place ice cube tray in freezer, and freeze.
Remove cubes from tray and store in a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag. (You’ll want to do this soon after they’re frozen so your whole freezer doesn’t smell like vinegar.)
Add two cubes to garbage disposal. Turn on water and run disposal until ice is chopped. (About 30 seconds.)
