Citrus Wassail

Wassail is a delightful winter and Christmas tradition dating back to medieval England. The tradition of wassailing involved going from house to house, singing carols and enjoying a drink of wassail in exchange for gifts with your neighbors. The charming practice, still enjoyed today by some, was supposed to ensure a good apple harvest the following year. It’s great for thirsty crowds over the holidays, and you can create a non-alcoholic version simply by leaving out the Armagnac.
