Iced Lemon Peppermint Tea

This variation on the lemon tea theme uses peppermint tea for an iced tea that will cool you down when it’s hot outside. Peppermint and lemon juice are both known digestive aids, making this a good way to soothe an upset stomach as well as serving as an excellent substitute for sugary soft drinks.
