This Lemon & Cream Berry Stars recipe is such a fun and delicious twist to your festivities. It’s incredibly easy to make and made with simple ingredients that the whole family can enjoy!
Your kids will love using the star cookie cutter to make these! Once the stars are finished baking, you can arrange them however you want and let the kiddos top them with their favorite berries! Add some lemon zest for some extra zing and enjoy! This recipe will look beautiful on your table and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

LEMON
Lemons are a great source of vitamin C! Vitamin C is critical for collagen synthesis, which is important for healthy skin and new cell growth. It also protects cells from free radicals. Free radicals can damage cells and may contribute to chronic disease.
YOGURT
Yogurt contains probiotics. Probiotics are the healthy gut bacteria found in your microbiome. Consuming probiotics helps populate these microbes, which may aid in digestion and heal your gut. Having a healthy gut may be beneficial for preventing chronic disease and lowering inflammatory.
BERRIES
Berries are a low glycemic food making them a great snack for people with diabetes. They are also extremely high in antioxidants. Anthonyanins, which is the antioxidant found in berries, may have anti cancer, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects!

- Zest from Limoneira meyer lemon
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Fresh berries
- Filo dough or puff pastry
- Star cookie cutter
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Roll out filo dough and using star cookie cutter, cut out stars.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Add Greek yogurt into a small bowl and add lemon zest.
- Arrange with baked stars, dollop of yogurt, berries and another layer of stars. Enjoy!
