Dear Limoneira Shareholder,
As a result of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we will modify the format of our Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Agricultural Museum in Santa Paula, California. Because the developing nature of this issue did not allow sufficient time to shift our meeting to a virtual meeting, we plan to move forward with a physical meeting. For the safety of our stockholders, however, we will only hold the formal business portion of the meeting. The “Business Update” portion of the meeting will be postponed until our Director’s Field Day scheduled for September 2020. We will also cancel the normally scheduled luncheon.
If you have already submitted a proxy or sent voting instructions to your broker, we remind you that you DO NOT need to attend the Annual Meeting to have your vote counted. If you have not voted, we will welcome your physical vote; however, we will disperse from the meeting location upon adjournment of the business meeting. We anticipate the business meeting taking no longer than 30 minutes.
The Coronavirus is changing the way we view meetings and physical gatherings and, in an abundance of caution, we feel it best to take the measures described above.
