Lemon Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 Limoneira lemons juiced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth
- Serve with chopped carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and crackers
Lemon Herb Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 Limoneira lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, spiralize both zucchini into a large bowl
- Add juice from Limoneira lemon, sea salt and olive oil into bowl with zucchini noodles
- Add fresh herbs and toss to combine
