Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! Summer is in full swing and the 4th of July is almost here, which means you’re getting your favorite dishes ready! Today we are sharing some delicious summer recipes that will be a hit at all your parties!
Fourth of July Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 Limoneira lemon
- 2 cups non-dairy coconut milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Juice half of a Limoneira lemon into two cups of non-dairy coconut milk yogurt
- Zest 1 teaspoon of the lemon into the yogurt and stir until everything is combined
- Layer the parfait with yogurt, fresh berries and top with touch of lemon zest
Grilled Lemon Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 Limoneira lemon
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Wash and dry asparagus and lay out in a shallow pan
- Top with olive oil, juice from 1/2 of lemon and a pinch of sea salt
- Toss together with your hands and let marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Preheat a grill to medium and cook the asparagus for about 8 minutes on each side
- Take off grill and enjoy

Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold filtered water
- 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 Limoneira lemon
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Add 2 cups of cold filtered water and frozen strawberries into blender
- Completely peel the lemon and add to blender. If you do not have a high powdered blender, just add the juice of the entire lemon
- Add in raw honey and a pinch of sea salt
- Blend until smooth & enjoy
