Hey Friends! Welcome back to the blog! Spring is right around the corner, which means it’s time to clean! By simply mixing fresh lemon juice with water and sometimes a little vinegar, you can clean a variety of household items. You can use your homemade lemon cleaner on wood, laminate, glass, ceramic, tile and in the laundry. Avoid using this cleaner on natural stone countertops or anything brass plated. If it is real brass, lemon juice works great! Today I’m sharing with you how to clean one of my favorite household items, my tea kettle!
Lemon Cleaner
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Limoneira lemon juice
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add fresh lemon juice and water into tea kettle.
- Bring to a boil and then let sit for 1-2 hours.
- Dump out and rinse with water. If your appliance has bad deposits, you may need to scrub a little with a bottle brush.
